Augie’s 37-year career in biotechnology has spanned time as a scientist in a startup to a senior executive for a multi-billion dollar public company. Today, he advises universities, start-ups and early-stage companies on market opportunities, business strategy and deal transactions. Augie holds 35 U.S. patents and a Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry and cell biology from the University of California, San Diego.

With her wide-ranging experience in FDA-regulated biotechnology companies, Nancy has expertise in multiple functions, including manufacturing, finance and accounting, quality assurance, development and executive management. She brings her 30-year operational experience to advise companies on their business growth evolution. Nancy has a Bachelor of Science in general science from the University of Oregon.
Michael Rountree, PhD

Mike is a biotech executive and principal scientist with a strong record of scientific and technical accomplishments spanning more than 20 years. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in animal science from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. in molecular biology from the University of Oregon. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship in cancer biology at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
